Job Title: Web Developer Intern – Crypto / Virtual Assets

Job Description: As a Web Developer Intern at a VARA-regulated virtual assets company, you will build web development skills in a cutting-edge crypto and digital asset environment — contributing to web platform development for a regulated UAE virtual asset company operating at the intersection of blockchain technology and financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Build web development skills through hands-on development contributions to a VARA-regulated virtual assets platform
• Develop and maintain web interfaces for a regulated UAE crypto and virtual asset company
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and compliance teams on web platform development
• Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices for a regulated financial technology environment
• Support web platform testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities under senior guidance
• Complete structured internship learning and development activities at a VARA-regulated fintech organization
• Build foundational web development skills through real-world blockchain and virtual asset platform exposure
• Develop an understanding of UAE VARA regulations and virtual asset technology through practical experience

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate with web development skills and genuine interest in crypto and fintech
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent web development technologies
• Genuine interest in blockchain technology, virtual assets, and UAE fintech regulatory environment
• Strong learning mindset and collaborative approach for a fast-paced virtual asset company
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred
