Job Title: VP of Compliance / Regulatory Affairs (Fintech)

Job Description: As VP of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for fintech, you will provide strategic regulatory advisory, oversee compliance programs, and manage regulatory relationships for fintech clients across the GCC, ensuring adherence to evolving financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regulatory strategy and compliance advisory for fintech clients, including payments, digital banking, and crypto.
• Manage regulatory filings, licensing applications, and examinations with authorities (SAMA, CBUAE, ADGM, DIFC, QCB, CBB).
• Design and implement compliance frameworks, AML/CFT programs, and risk management controls.
• Advise on regulatory developments, conduct impact assessments, and prepare board-level reports.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of compliance and regulatory affairs experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in GCC financial regulations and licensing frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of leading regulatory engagements and managing complex compliance transformations.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship skills; fluent in English.
