Job Title: VP Finance – Strategic Finance, Commercial Analytics & Board Reporting

Job Description: As a Vice President of Finance for Strategic Finance, Commercial Analytics, and Board Reporting at a UAE organization, you will apply VP-level strategic finance expertise — leading commercial analytics, business partnering, and Board-level financial reporting for a professionally managed UAE organization with senior leadership and investor obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply VP-level strategic finance expertise to commercial analytics, business partnering, and Board reporting
• Lead strategic finance — commercial performance analytics, investment analysis, and FP&A governance
• Drive Board-level financial reporting — earnings materials, investor presentations, and financial governance
• Develop and maintain financial models for commercial strategy, capital allocation, and M&A analysis
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Group Finance teams on VP-level business partnering delivery
• Produce VP Finance-level strategic analytics, Board presentations, and management information reports
• Support capital markets, investor relations, and regulatory reporting for the organization
• Monitor GCC and global strategic finance and commercial analytics developments for advisory intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven VP Finance experience with strategic finance, commercial analytics, and Board reporting background
• Strong commercial analytics, FP&A governance, and investor relations communication expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required for VP Finance mandate
• Excellent Board-level financial communication, investor advisory, and senior commercial stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of UAE corporate financial governance and strategic finance best practices
• GCC VP Finance, strategic analytics, or Board reporting experience strongly preferred
