Job Title: Visiting Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Description: As a Visiting Forward Deployed AI Engineer Intern at BCG X — the tech build and design division of a globally leading management consulting firm — you will work at the frontier of AI and business transformation, helping clients deploy advanced AI solutions in real-world enterprise settings. You will be embedded with client teams, designing and implementing cutting-edge AI systems that solve complex business and technology challenges across financial services, fintech, and enterprise sectors in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Work at the frontier of AI deployment — helping clients implement advanced AI solutions in real-world enterprise settings
• Design and build AI systems, tools, and products embedded within client organisations across financial services and fintech
• Collaborate with consulting teams and client technology stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy AI models, ML pipelines, and data-driven tools for enterprise fintech and financial services clients
• Apply technical AI and software engineering skills in a forward-deployed, client-facing role
• Contribute to BCG X’s innovation capability — sharing findings and building reusable AI solutions across the practice
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring quick problem-solving and strong technical execution
• Build knowledge of financial services and fintech use cases for AI deployment during the internship

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong AI/ML technical background with software engineering skills for building and deploying AI systems
• Genuine interest in applying AI to business and fintech challenges in a forward-deployed client environment
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to work in a dynamic, high-expectation consulting and technology environment
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant Computer Science, Engineering, or AI degree
• Strong communication skills for client-facing technical advisory and AI solution presentation
