Job Title: Virtual Relationship Officer

Job Description: As a Virtual Relationship Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank, you will manage customer relationships remotely, delivering personalised banking services, product recommendations, and support through digital and phone channels.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with personal banking customers via phone, video, and digital channels to deepen relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products, including accounts, cards, loans, and investment solutions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records, track engagement, and drive cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of relationship management or telesales experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of personal banking products and digital banking platforms.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; UAE national preferred as per role requirement.
