Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Executive

Job Description: As a Virtual Customer Service Executive in an Emiratized role at a globally established UAE bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial and reputational integrity of the organization and providing end-to-end solutions for a better customer service experience. You will serve as a digital-first customer service professional — engaging customers across virtual and digital channels to resolve banking queries, provide product information, and deliver exceptional banking experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the financial and reputational integrity of the organization through high-quality, compliant virtual customer service
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for a better customer service experience across digital and virtual banking channels
  • Handle customer banking queries via phone, chat, and digital channels — resolving account, product, and transaction issues
  • Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and account features to customers
  • Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to specialist teams with appropriate documentation
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, data protection standards, and service quality requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the bank’s CRM and service management systems
  • Contribute to a customer service culture of excellence, integrity, and digital-first banking engagement

Qualifications Needed:

  • UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized virtual customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written Arabic and English communication skills for virtual banking client service
  • Customer service or banking experience preferred — fresh graduates with strong communication skills considered
  • Strong understanding of banking products and digital banking platforms
  • Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to customer interaction
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and banking CRM systems
