Job Title: UX/UI Designer – Fintech Products

Job Description: We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team and help us create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our fintech products. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that our digital products meet the needs of our users while aligning with our business goals. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in creating user-friendly interfaces for financial products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use.
• Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of our design system and component library.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Advocate for the user and ensure that the user experience is a top priority in all design decisions.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• A passion for creating user-centered designs that make complex tasks simple.
