Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Description: Drive product direction through UX research and design for complex payment and financial workflows

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and synthesize user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights
• Analyze industry trends to ensure regulatory compliance and data security within user flows
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex payment and financial workflows
• Create user experiences optimized for iOS and Android platforms
• Build scalable design libraries and patterns tailored to fintech applications
• Provide feedback during design reviews to maintain high design and usability standards

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer within fintech, SaaS, or B2B environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI work
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and UX research methods
