Job Title: UX Copywriter – Hindi & English (Banking / Fintech)

Job Description: Our Client is hiring a UX Copywriter specializing in Hindi and English for a banking and fintech client in Dubai. The role requires a background in banking, financial services, or fintech and involves contributing insights relevant to fintech and trading environments, including user behavior in high-frequency or transactional platforms.

Responsibilities:*

• Write clear, user-centered copy for fintech and banking digital products in Hindi and English
• Contribute insights relevant to fintech and trading environments, including user behavior in high-frequency or transactional platforms
• Collaborate with UX/UI design and product teams to align copy with interface design and user flows
• Create microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, and instructional content for financial applications
• Ensure copy meets regulatory clarity requirements applicable to financial services products
• Conduct user research and testing to validate copy effectiveness and comprehension
• Maintain consistency across product copy in line with brand guidelines and established tone of voice

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in banking, financial services, or fintech – either as a client-side employee or embedded vendor (strongly preferred)
• Fluency in Hindi and English – both written and spoken
• Experience in UX writing, content design, or copywriting for digital products
• Understanding of fintech or trading environments and user behavior in transactional platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI design and product teams
• Strong attention to detail with a user-first approach to writing
