Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer

Job Description: As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our fintech products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and product objectives.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX design or related roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
