Job Title: Universal Banker

Job Description: As a Universal Banker, you will deliver end-to-end branch-based customer service and sales, handling customer needs, queries, and operational requests while acquiring and growing a portfolio of customers—including the Priority Segment—through deepening relationships and cross-selling [citation:8].

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact to understand customer requirements, guide walk-in customers, and encourage the use of digital channels.
• Deliver branch service requests within prescribed SLAs, including account maintenance, statement issuance, and cash dispute handling.
• Drive end-to-end sales of asset and liability products by acquiring new-to-bank customers and cross-selling to existing ones to achieve sales targets.
• Own a defined Priority Segment customer portfolio, delivering retention and engagement targets through structured portfolio reviews and proactive contact.

Qualifications Needed:

• A graduate degree, preferably in a commercially oriented discipline.
• A recommended minimum of 2 years in branch banking.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service and sales in a retail banking environment.
• The ability to conduct proactive outbound calls to review customer needs and recommend suitable products.
