The Treasury Analyst will manage cash flow, liquidity, and settlement processes for fintech payment platforms in Dubai, ensuring compliance with DIFC/ADGM regulations and UAE Central Bank guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily liquidity and cash positions.
  • Support settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Analyze treasury operations for efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare reports for finance leadership and regulators.
  • Collaborate with operations, banking, and product teams.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 2–5 years of treasury or payments operations experience.
  • Familiarity with UAE banking and regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
