Job Title: Trading Platform Support Engineer

Job Description: As a Trading Platform Support Engineer, you will support brokerage platform integrations for CMA-licensed clients, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support brokerage platform integrations for CMA-licensed clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents, and coordinate with engineering.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively address risks.
• Document support procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of trading platform support or technical operations experience.
• Strong understanding of trading systems, APIs, and market connectivity.
• Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
