Job Title: Trading Application Support Specialist

Job Description: Seeing a Trading Application Support Specialist in Dubai. The role provides technical application support for Horizon’s trading platform — ensuring system reliability, resolving client and internal technical issues, and supporting trading operations across the fintech and digital asset platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical application support for Horizon Trading Solutions’ trading platform and digital asset systems
• Diagnose and resolve trading application issues — covering system performance, connectivity, execution errors, and user access problems
• Monitor trading system health and proactively identify and escalate technical risks affecting trading operations
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Product teams on application bugs, system updates, and performance improvements
• Support client-facing technical queries relating to trading platform connectivity and application functionality
• Maintain detailed application support records, incident logs, and resolution documentation
• Contribute to trading application testing, release validation, and system configuration management
• Stay current on trading platform technology, digital asset system developments, and application support best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in trading application support, financial technology support, or platform operations within a fintech or trading firm
• Technical understanding of trading platforms, financial system connectivity, and application troubleshooting
• Interest in fintech, crypto, virtual assets, trading platforms, or financial technology products — required per job description
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for trading system issue diagnosis and resolution
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for incident reporting and client technical liaison
• Experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, proprietary, or similar) is a significant advantage
