Job Title: Trade Finance Business Analyst

Job Description: Seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Commodity Trade and Risk Management (CTRM) systems in Dubai. The role requires a solid understanding of physical and/or financial commodities trade lifecycle — leading business requirement workshops with traders, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement workshops with traders, risk, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders
• Apply solid understanding of physical and/or financial commodities trade lifecycle to requirements definition and solution design
• Document and manage business requirements for CTRM system implementations and enhancements
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to business requirements or project execution
• Bridge the gap between business users and technology teams — translating trading and risk requirements into clear technical specifications
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for CTRM system releases
• Produce business analysis documentation including process flows, data models, and requirements specifications
• Stay current on CTRM platform developments and commodity trade finance regulatory requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• Solid understanding of physical and/or financial commodities trade lifecycle — required
• Proven business analysis experience on CTRM system implementations or financial technology projects
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred
• Experience leading business requirement workshops with trading, risk, and finance stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication for requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and requirements documentation
