Job Description: Seeking a Futures Trading Operations Advisor. The role advises on the end-to-end futures trading operations stack across multiple platforms and different asset classes, including Risk Framework Design and Margin Oversight for a regulated trading entit

Responsibilities:

• Advise on the end-to-end futures trading operations stack across multiple trading platforms and different asset classes
• Lead Risk Framework Design and Margin Oversight for the firm’s futures trading operations
• Evaluate and improve futures trading operational processes — covering order management, execution, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across the futures trading lifecycle
• Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams on futures trading infrastructure requirements and improvements
• Produce operational risk assessments, margin oversight reports, and trading operations performance reporting
• Provide advisory guidance on regulatory requirements for futures trading operations in the UAE
• Develop and document futures trading operations procedures, risk controls, and governance frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in futures trading operations, risk management, or trading operations advisory across multiple asset classes
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end futures trading operations stack including order management, clearing, settlement, and margin
• Experience designing risk frameworks and oversight processes for futures trading entities
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international regulatory requirements for futures and derivatives trading
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder advisory skills for trading operations consulting
• Experience at a trading firm, exchange, clearing house, or financial services advisory firm preferred
