Job Title: Technical Lead – Wallets

Job Description: As a Technical Lead for Wallets at a globally pioneering digital finance and stablecoin company, you will lead the technical development of digital wallet products and infrastructure — applying senior engineering leadership to wallet technology at a globally leading stablecoin organization whose products power financial transactions for hundreds of millions of users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development of digital wallet products and infrastructure at a globally pioneering stablecoin company
• Define and execute wallet technology architecture strategy aligned with product and business objectives
• Lead a team of wallet engineers — mentoring, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering excellence
• Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable wallet backend systems for global-scale deployment
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Compliance teams on wallet feature delivery and regulatory compliance
• Ensure wallet systems meet security, performance, and reliability standards for a globally regulated digital finance platform
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to wallet engineering knowledge base
• Work fully remotely as part of a globally pioneering digital finance and blockchain engineering team

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Technical Lead experience with digital wallet, blockchain, or fintech infrastructure leadership
• Deep technical expertise in wallet architecture, backend engineering, and blockchain integration
• Strong team leadership, code review, and mentoring skills for engineering excellence
• Experience building high-performance, secure, globally scaled wallet or payments systems
• Excellent technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-directed, high-ownership approach for 100% remote globally distributed technical leadership
