Job Title: Tech Product Manager (Fintech products)

Job Description: As a Tech Product Manager at Sarwa, you will lead the product strategy and execution for digital wealth and fintech solutions, driving innovation in investment, savings, and financial planning products for retail investors across the GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for fintech offerings, including investment platforms, savings tools, and wealth management features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases on schedule.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to prioritise features and enhancements.
• Track product performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, wealthtech, or digital banking.
• Strong understanding of investment products, robo-advisory, and wealth management platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics tools, and user feedback loops.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
