Job Title: Team Head – Investment Advisory

Job Description: As a Team Head for Investment Advisory at a market leader across the MENAT region, you will grow investment assets under management by identifying investment opportunities, supporting client acquisition, and driving investment-related income — managing client investment accounts by preparing CIP/IPS documents, monitoring investment profiles, and ensuring trades are properly executed and recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Grow investment assets under management by identifying investment opportunities, supporting client acquisition, and driving investment-related income
• Manage client investment accounts by preparing CIP/IPS documents, monitoring investment profiles, and ensuring trades are properly executed and recorded
• Lead the investment advisory team — setting performance targets, coaching, and driving AUM growth
• Provide high-quality investment options for clients, working closely with team members and specialists from other areas
• Conduct regular investment reviews with clients — presenting portfolio performance and identifying new opportunities
• Ensure all investment advisory activities comply with UAE banking regulations and investment suitability requirements
• Produce investment advisory team performance reporting for senior management
• Monitor financial market developments, investment product innovations, and regulatory changes

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Team Head or senior investment advisory leadership experience at a major UAE bank
• Strong AUM growth track record and investment advisory expertise across UAE client portfolios
• Deep knowledge of investment products — equities, fixed income, funds, and structured products
• Excellent team leadership, client advisory, and stakeholder management skills
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent investment advisory qualification preferred
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE banking investment client engagement
