Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NymCard, a fintech company enabling fintech and financial innovators to launch frictionless payment programmes with modern infrastructure, you will seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and drive recruitment for a hyper-growth fintech organization. You will be responsible for building the team that powers payment innovation and financial technology infrastructure .

Responsibilities:

• Seek out top talent and match candidates to appropriate roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for fintech positions
• Build talent pipelines and candidate networks
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and strategies
• Coordinate interview processes and candidate assessments
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
• Maintain recruitment records and analytics

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech environment
• Strong talent sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience recruiting for technology, finance, or fintech roles
• Understanding of the fintech talent market and compensation trends
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve recruitment targets
