Job Title: Systems Analyst – IT Core Banking

Job Description: As a Systems Analyst for IT Core Banking at Dicetek, you will analyse, design, and support core banking systems, ensuring they meet business requirements, operate reliably, and align with evolving banking technology standards.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for core banking systems.
• Support system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers, and business units to ensure system performance and alignment with banking standards.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of systems analysis experience in core banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of core banking platforms (e.g., Temenos, FLEXCUBE, Finacle) and integration architectures.
• Experience with SQL, system configuration, and data migration processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
