Job Title: Support Officer

Job Description: As a Support Officer in an Emiratized Part-Time role at the UAE’s largest bank, you will deliver best-in-class services for Commercial Banking customers — following up on customer transactions and adhering to all relevant departmental policies, processes, and regulatory standards as part of a structured Emirati talent development pathway at a globally recognized financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver best in class services for Commercial Banking customers through professional support operations
• Follow up on customer transactions — ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across all service interactions
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures for commercial banking service delivery
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams on customer service requirements
• Process customer service requests accurately — maintaining high standards of banking documentation
• Produce customer service reporting and management information for branch and senior leadership review
• Contribute to a high-performance commercial banking service culture at one of the UAE’s most prestigious institutions
• Develop commercial banking service expertise through structured part-time Emirati talent development

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized Support Officer part-time role
• Genuine interest in commercial banking service delivery and customer relationship management
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills for commercial banking support
• Understanding of UAE banking products, services, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Arabic and English communication skills essential for UAE National banking team and client engagement
