Job Description: As a Strategy and Operations Intern in the Rev-celerator Internship Programme 2026, you will join a globally connected fintech’s structured internship programme — contributing to strategy and operations work supporting digital finance, payments, and financial technology products through a career-launching internship experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategy and operations work supporting digital finance, payments, and financial technology products
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic intelligence for fintech and digital banking strategy
• Support operational process improvement initiatives across fintech and digital payments operations
• Produce structured strategy reports, analytical outputs, and operational performance summaries
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams on internship project delivery
• Complete Rev-celerator Internship Programme 2026 structured training and professional development milestones
• Build foundational fintech strategy and operations skills through mentored programme project work
• Develop a professional network within a globally connected fintech organization

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate with genuine interest in fintech strategy, operations, and digital finance
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills for strategy and operations internship delivery
• Genuine passion for fintech, digital payments, and financial technology innovation
• Collaborative, learning-oriented approach appropriate for a structured fintech graduate programme
• Proficiency with analytical tools and Microsoft Office for strategy and operations project work
• Available for the Rev-celerator Internship Programme 2026 commitment — remote or Dubai-based
