Job Description

Job Title: Strategy and Operations Analyst – Builders Program

Job Description: The Builders Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career talent with up to two years of experience. The Strategy and Operations Analyst will map workflows, shape metric definitions with stakeholders, help specify reporting and dashboards with data partners, and document improvements across People and Care operational processes. The work is cross-functional, hands-on, and highly visible.

Responsibilities:

  • Map end-to-end workflows in People and Care functions, including ownership, handoffs, decisions, and friction points
  • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and data points so leadership can track progress and optimize critical business operations outcomes
  • Support the design of dashboards and operational reporting so leaders can review performance on a clear, consistent cadence
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or strengthen processes (roles, SLAs, escalations, documentation) and help socialize practical changes
  • Prepare concise analyses, summaries, and readouts that help teams decide faster
  • Support ad hoc assignments that advance portfolio visibility and operating rhythm across Strategy & Operations
  • Maintain definitions, documentation, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline

Qualifications Needed:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent analytical field
  • Students in final year or completing cooperative training (co-op) requirements encouraged to apply — up to 2 years of experience
  • Structured thinking: comfortable organizing ambiguous topics into clear questions, assumptions, and next steps
  • AI fluency — effective use of AI-assisted tools to speed up research, synthesis, data analysis, and automation of routine work
  • Comfort with data, Excel or Google Sheets required; willingness to learn SQL for repeatable analysis
  • Clear written and verbal communication — able to tailor depth for operators versus executives
  • Saudi national preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh

What the Company Offers:

  • Early-career launchpad at Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn via the flagship Builders Program
  • Real responsibility from Day 1 — not a rotation programme
  • June 2026 cohort start date with structured mentoring and accelerated growth trajectory
  • Cross-functional exposure across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and more
  • 40+ nationality team with global offices in Riyadh, UAE, Egypt, Germany, and Vietnam
