Job Title: Strategic Sales Executive

Job Description: Seeking a Strategic Sales Executive in Dubai. The role drives enterprise software sales of Finastra’s financial technology solutions — including core banking, lending, treasury, payments, and capital markets platforms — to financial institutions across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise software sales of Finastra’s financial technology solutions to banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across the MENA region
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic sales opportunities — from initial engagement through commercial negotiation and contract close
  • Present Finastra’s financial technology platform capabilities across core banking, lending, treasury, payments, and capital markets to C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software sales cycles with financial institutions in the UAE and broader MENA market
  • Develop and execute MENA sales strategy in alignment with Finastra’s global commercial objectives
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CTO, CIO, CFO, and business decision-makers at target financial institutions
  • Represent Finastra at MENA banking technology, fintech, and financial services industry events and conferences
  • Provide market intelligence on MENA banking technology trends and competitive landscape to global sales leadership

Qualifications Needed:

  • Significant enterprise technology sales experience with proven track record selling to financial institutions at C-suite level
  • Experience in banking technology, financial software, SaaS, or fintech solutions sales in the MENA market
  • Deep understanding of banking technology needs across core banking, lending, payments, treasury, and capital markets
  • Existing network among UAE and MENA financial institutions and banking technology decision-makers preferred
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Arabic language skills preferred for MENA financial institution engagement
