Job Description: As a Staff Engineer at a multi-asset fintech broker, you will take a senior individual-contributor role, driving technical excellence and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and architecture for critical systems and features.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability of the trading platform.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Deep understanding of trading systems, microservices, and low-latency architecture.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
