Job Title: Sr. Relationship Officer – Mashreq Bank DSA Partner

Job Description: As a Senior Relationship Officer at a fast-growing and trusted Direct Sales Agent (DSA) partner for Mashreq Bank, you will boost your career in banking sales — joining a performance-driven organization offering banking products like credit cards and loans. Responsibilities:

• Drive banking product sales as a Senior Relationship Officer for a trusted Mashreq Bank DSA partner
• Promote and sell Mashreq Bank credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products to prospective clients
• Apply UAE banking or outdoor sales experience to build a strong client acquisition pipeline
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional banking advisory and responsive service
• Meet monthly banking product acquisition targets through consistent field sales and referral activity
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and Mashreq product suitability requirements
• Process banking product applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met
• Report sales activity and pipeline status to management in line with performance tracking requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE banking or outdoor sales experience — preferred
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship skills for DSA banking product sales
• Understanding of UAE banking products — credit cards, personal loans, and banking services
• Target-driven approach with genuine passion for banking sales and relationship management
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required for field sales mandate
