Job Title: Sr.Manager-Conduct Risk & Consumer Protection Mgmt.

Job Description: As a UAEN Only – Sr.Manager-Conduct Risk & Consumer Protection Mgmt., you will strengthen conduct-risk and consumer-protection practices across a regulated banking environment by developing risk strategies, coordinating control activities, and promoting ethical customer outcomes across business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement conduct-risk and consumer-protection strategies
• Translate regulatory expectations into practical policies and control requirements
• Assess business practices for potential customer-outcome and conduct risks
• Coordinate with business, risk, compliance, and operations teams on remediation
• Drive awareness programmes that reinforce ethical sales and service practices
• Monitor implementation of consumer-protection initiatives across relevant functions
• Escalate material conduct issues and track corrective actions to closure
• Support management reporting on conduct-risk trends and control effectiveness

Qualifications Needed:

• United Arab Emirates nationality required
• Relevant banking, conduct-risk, compliance, or consumer-protection experience
• Knowledge of regulated financial-services customer-protection expectations
• Strong risk-assessment and policy-development capability
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple departments
• Clear communication and senior stakeholder-management skills
