Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Job Description: The Social Media Specialist will create, schedule, and optimise content across channels, collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams, track performance metrics, and support crypto community engagement from the Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

• Support creation, execution, and optimisation of content across Bybit’s global social media channels
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, performance goals, and campaign objectives across all platforms
• Monitor community engagement, respond to followers, and identify trends and opportunities to drive organic growth
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Creative, and Product teams on campaign content and platform-specific activations
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics — reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance
• Stay current on crypto industry news, market developments, and social media trends relevant to Bybit’s audience
• Support influencer identification and community management initiatives
• Manage content scheduling and publishing across all social media platforms using social management tools

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including Twitter/X, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord
• Strong content creation skills — written, visual, and short-form video — with high attention to brand voice consistency
• Understanding of the crypto market, digital assets, and blockchain technology
• Data-driven approach to social media performance measurement and optimisation
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage
