Job Title: SME Banking Relationship Manager – Business Loans, Trade Finance & Digital Banking

Job Description: As an SME Banking Relationship Manager at a UAE banking organization, you will apply senior SME banking relationship management expertise — managing a portfolio of SME clients, driving business loan origination, trade finance facility management, and digital banking adoption for a professionally managed UAE SME banking unit.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior SME banking relationship management expertise to business loan and trade finance delivery
• Manage and grow an SME banking client portfolio — business loans, trade finance, and digital banking
• Drive SME business loan origination, credit facility renewals, and digital banking product cross-sell
• Present SME banking solutions — working capital loans, LCs, bank guarantees — to business owners
• Achieve SME Relationship Manager-level revenue growth and portfolio acquisition targets
• Coordinate with Credit, Trade Finance, and Compliance teams on SME client solution delivery
• Produce SME relationship management performance reports for senior commercial leadership review
• Monitor UAE SME banking, business lending, and digital banking product market developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven SME Banking Relationship Manager experience with business loans and trade finance background
• Strong SME portfolio management, credit facility advisory, and digital banking cross-sell skills
• Deep understanding of UAE SME banking regulatory requirements and business lending standards
• Excellent trusted advisor, commercial, and SME business owner stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE SME banking client and partner engagement
• GCC SME banking business loan and trade finance relationship management experience preferred
