Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will help a Saudi Central Bank-licensed fintech maintain reliable, available, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure and applications that support digital payments and operational tools for SMEs across the MENAP region.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of fintech systems
• Monitor production infrastructure and applications for service health and degradation
• Respond to incidents and support timely restoration of customer-facing services
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and reliability workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and runtime stability
• Support capacity planning and infrastructure performance optimization
• Contribute to observability, alerting, and incident-management practices
• Help strengthen resilience for payment and SME financial-service platforms

Qualifications Needed:

• Three to five years of relevant site reliability or infrastructure engineering experience
• Experience supporting scalable production applications and infrastructure
• Understanding of availability, performance, incident response, and operational reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively with software and platform engineering teams
• Practical automation and troubleshooting capability for production environments
• Interest in supporting regulated fintech and digital-payment services
