Job Title: Shift Leader – Banker SLA & Financing Management

Job Description: As a Shift Leader for Banker SLA and Financing Management at a globally established used car marketplace, you will drive banker SLA compliance through tracking and escalation mechanisms — acting as the primary escalation point for banker delays and coordinating with bankers, insurance providers, finance teams, and vehicle registration departments.

Responsibilities:

• Drive banker SLA compliance through tracking and escalation mechanisms across the financing operations
• Act as the primary escalation point for banker delays — coordinating resolution with banking and finance partners
• Coordinate with bankers, insurance providers, finance teams, and vehicle registration departments
• Track financing applications — managing banker SLA performance and escalating delays to management
• Lead shift operations — managing team performance and ensuring financing SLA targets are met
• Produce shift SLA performance reports and management information for senior operations leadership
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners supporting vehicle financing
• Drive process improvements for faster banker response times and enhanced financing operations efficiency

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Shift Leader or operations team leadership experience with banker SLA and financing management expertise
• Experience coordinating with bankers, insurance providers, and vehicle finance stakeholders
• Strong SLA tracking, escalation management, and team leadership skills for financing operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for banking partner and finance team coordination
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking and finance partner engagement
• UAE automotive financing or banking SLA operations experience preferred
