Job Title: Senior Wealth Manager – Family Office & Private Banking

Job Description: As a Senior Wealth Manager for Family Office and Private Banking at a UAE wealth management organization, you will apply senior wealth management expertise — serving MENA high-net-worth individuals and family offices with comprehensive investment advisory, estate planning, and private banking solutions for a professionally managed UAE private wealth organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior wealth management expertise to MENA HNWI and family office private banking advisory
• Serve MENA HNWIs and family offices with comprehensive investment advisory and estate planning solutions
• Develop customized investment strategies — equity, fixed income, alternatives, and real assets — for HNW clients
• Acquire and manage senior HNWI and family office relationships through trusted private banking advisory
• Achieve Senior Wealth Manager-level AUM growth and premium revenue targets
• Coordinate with Investment, Compliance, and Operations teams on HNWI portfolio delivery
• Produce senior wealth management performance reports for senior commercial leadership
• Monitor MENA HNW wealth market, family office dynamics, and investment regulatory developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Wealth Manager experience with MENA HNW family office and private banking background
• Strong wealth advisory, estate planning, and senior HNWI and family office relationship management
• Deep understanding of MENA investment products — equities, fixed income, alternatives, and real assets
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent investment qualification preferred for Senior Wealth Manager mandate
• Excellent trusted advisor, AUM growth, and senior MENA family office stakeholder management
• Arabic language skills essential for MENA HNWI and family office relationship engagement
• GCC senior wealth management, family office, or private banking experience strongly preferred
