Job Title: Senior Vice President – Transfer Solutions

Job Description: As a Senior Vice President for Transfer Solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, you will lead the commercial strategy and business development for a globally established payment network’s transfer solutions product portfolio across the EEMEA region. You will drive the adoption of digital transfer and disbursement solutions among financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise clients — leveraging deep payment infrastructure expertise to deliver superior cross-border transfer outcomes for clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial strategy and business development for transfer solutions product portfolio across EEMEA
• Drive adoption of digital transfer and disbursement solutions among financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise clients
• Build and manage C-suite relationships with financial institution and fintech partners across EEMEA markets
• Design and execute regional commercial strategy for transfer solutions in alignment with global product and commercial objectives
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership agreements with major EEMEA financial institutions and fintechs
• Monitor regional payment regulation, competitive dynamics, and market developments affecting transfer solutions
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Account Management teams on regional transfer solutions delivery and client success
• Represent the organization at major EEMEA payments, banking, and financial technology industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant SVP-level commercial leadership experience within a globally established payment network or financial services organization
• Deep expertise in payment transfer solutions, cross-border disbursements, and payment infrastructure
• Proven track record building C-suite relationships and driving commercial growth with financial institution and fintech partners
• Strong understanding of EEMEA payment regulation and competitive landscape
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and senior executive stakeholder management skills
