Job Title: Senior Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior Support Specialist providing advanced functional and technical support for a cloud-based Temenos Transact (T24) core banking platform, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Temenos T24 in a UAE banking environment — resolving complex system issues, managing upgrades, and supporting digital banking transformation initiatives built on the T24 platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced functional and technical support for a cloud-based Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system
• Serve as the T24 subject matter expert — resolving complex platform issues and supporting banking operations teams
• Manage T24 upgrades, configuration changes, and module implementations for UAE banking clients
• Coordinate with Temenos support, banking operations, and technology teams on platform issues and enhancement delivery
• Document T24 technical solutions, configuration standards, and operational procedures
• Support digital banking transformation initiatives built on the T24 core banking platform
• Conduct T24 user training and knowledge transfer for banking operations and technology teams
• Monitor T24 platform performance and proactively address reliability and functional issues

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Temenos T24 (Transact) support specialist experience with advanced functional and technical T24 expertise
• Experience supporting T24 in a UAE or GCC banking environment strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of core banking operations — retail, corporate, Islamic banking, and digital channels
• Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills for complex T24 platform issues
• T24 certification or equivalent Temenos platform qualification preferred
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to relocate for this role
