Job Title: Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer – SDRE

Job Description: Ensure service reliability and automate operations at a leading fintech platform

Responsibilities:

• Apply SRE fundamentals: core metrics (SLO/SLI), error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems
• Write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs using Go/Python
• Manage Jira Service Management API and automation (JQL/CRUD, webhooks, SLA/escalations)
• Deploy small tasks on GCP Cloud Run/Functions and BigQuery
• Participate in incident recording and resolution
• Own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product

Qualifications Needed:

• Terraform hands-on experience or readiness to close the gap quickly
• SRE fundamentals: core metrics, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems
• Go/Python scripting abilities against REST APIs
• Jira Service Management API + automation experience
• GCP Basic deployment knowledge
• Experience in fintech is a plus
