Job Title: Senior Security Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior Security Specialist (Crypto / Digital Assets), you will own security for a regulated digital-asset business, protecting a cloud-native exchange, custody, staking, and on-chain technology stack while addressing key-management risk, client-asset protection, operational resilience, and regulatory security expectations across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Own security across the digital-asset exchange and custody technology stack
• Assess risks affecting spot trading, custody, staking, and on-chain operations
• Protect client digital assets and sensitive key-management processes
• Review cloud-native architecture for security weaknesses and control gaps
• Design and maintain security controls suited to regulated crypto operations
• Identify failure scenarios that could affect keys, wallets, assets, or firm resilience
• Coordinate security requirements with engineering, operations, risk, and compliance teams
• Support regulatory assurance and evidence across applicable jurisdictions

Qualifications Needed:

• Deep domain expertise in cryptocurrency and digital-asset security
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-native exchange or custody platforms
• Strong understanding of private-key management and wallet-security failure modes
• Knowledge of spot trading, custody, staking, and on-chain infrastructure
• Ability to work within regulated financial-services and multi-jurisdiction requirements
• Strong technical judgement, risk analysis, and cross-functional communication skills
