Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Job Description: As a Senior Scrum Master, you will orchestrate scaled Agile delivery across multiple AI squads within a high-stakes fintech environment, leading the Scrum of Scrums, managing dependencies and capacity, maintaining reliable Jira governance, and giving senior stakeholders a clear, data-driven view of program health and delivery risk.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum of Scrums across multiple concurrent AI workstreams
• Identify cross-team dependencies and resolve priority conflicts affecting delivery
• Maintain accurate data across team boards within a shared Jira environment
• Create consolidated program views using JQL and Advanced Roadmaps
• Design executive dashboards covering sprint goals, burndown, scope creep, and velocity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sustainable capacity across workstreams
• Standardize the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done across the department
• Translate squad-level delivery data into cohesive program-health reports for leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience managing scaled Agile environments or a Scrum of Scrums
• Expert-level proficiency in JQL and Jira Advanced Roadmaps
• At least five years of experience in technical environments
• Ability to work within the security and documentation requirements of financial services
• Professional Scrum Master II or III, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• SAFe or Scrum Master Certified knowledge focused on scaling methodologies
