Job Title: Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive

Job Description: As Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive at an AI-first online trading platform, you will be at the forefront of compliance efforts across investment services, banking, and virtual assets, navigating the complex and evolving landscape of financial regulations while your expertise in VASP licensing regimes supports the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions while supporting innovative product development
• Track and assess regulatory trends in key markets including the UAE (SCA, VARA), EU, Malta, and Mauritius to guide expansion and operations
• Contribute towards compliance for entities spanning investment services, banking, and virtual assets
• Conduct compliance monitoring and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance compliance monitoring, automate risk assessments, and improve regulatory reporting efficiency
• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments at international, EU, and local levels where the company operates or plans to expand
• Safeguard both customers and the business while upholding the company’s reputation for regulatory excellence

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in regulatory compliance within financial services, with expertise across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with virtual asset service provider (VASP) licensing regimes
• Ability to leverage AI-driven tools for compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and assessing regulatory trends across markets
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai’s JLT area for the role
