Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: The Senior PM will define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company objectives, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to uncover insights while collaborating with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality features.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration
• Define, prioritize, and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to uncover insights and opportunities
• Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch high-quality features on time
• Use data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure smooth go-to-market execution
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to improving product management practices company-wide

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in fintech, lending, payments, or banking
• Proven track record owning end-to-end product lifecycle in a regulated financial environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders
• Understanding of SME banking, lending economics, and credit risk
• Prior experience in SAMA-regulated or comparable fintech/banking environments preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh; Saudi national preferred
