Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Payments

Job Description: The Senior PM (Payments) will define the vision and roadmap for our client’s payment product suite — working across POS hardware and software, payment gateway, checkout experiences, and payment rails to make HALA’s merchant payment stack the most capable and seamless in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for HALA’s payment products — POS, payment gateway, checkout, and payment infrastructure
• Define product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap priorities in alignment with HALA’s commercial and merchant experience goals
• Conduct merchant research and payment analytics to understand SME payment needs and identify product opportunities
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality payment product features
• Work with HALA’s Technology team on payment infrastructure requirements — including payment rails, settlement, and reconciliation
• Ensure all payment products comply with SAMA payment regulations and PCI-DSS standards
• Monitor payment product KPIs — transaction success rates, merchant adoption, processing volumes, and revenue contribution
• Partner with Commercial and Merchant Success teams on payment product go-to-market strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of product management experience with significant time in payments, fintech, or merchant-facing products
• Deep understanding of payment systems including POS, payment gateways, payment rails, and checkout flows
• Technical literacy — comfortable discussing payment APIs, PCI compliance, and payment processing architecture
• Experience with SAMA payment regulations or comparable regulatory frameworks preferred
• Data-driven product approach with strong analytical skills
• Arabic language skills preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
