Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Financial Services | Blue Rewards | Corporate Services

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager – Financial Services | Blue Rewards | Corporate Services, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-facing financial products spanning payments, remittances, embedded finance, credit propositions, rewards monetization, and data-led services within a large regional digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for financial-services offerings
• Identify embedded-finance opportunities across payments, lending, rewards, subscriptions, and insurance
• Translate business strategy into product outcomes, KPIs, and measurable success criteria
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and PRD creation through launch and optimization
• Prioritize engineering backlogs, manage trade-offs, and drive timely product delivery
• Design products that balance customer experience with fraud prevention, KYC, AML, and data privacy
• Manage dependencies with banks, payment service providers, fintech partners, and regulators
• Use customer data, experimentation, and analytics to improve engagement, monetization, and unit economics

Qualifications Needed:

• Twelve or more years of product-management experience, including three to five years in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of payments, wallets, rewards, or embedded-finance ecosystems
• Proven experience launching consumer-facing digital products at scale
• Hands-on experience working with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, PCI, and data-privacy requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
