Job Title: Group Product Owner – Lending

Job Description: The Group Product Owner (Lending) will own the lending product roadmap — working closely with Risk, Credit, Engineering, Compliance, and Data Science teams to build credit products that are accessible, responsible, and technically excellent.

Responsibilities:

• Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wio’s lending products — personal credit, credit cards, SME financing, and BNPL
• Lead product discovery and prioritization across the lending domain with deep understanding of customer credit needs
• Work with Risk and Credit teams to design responsible lending frameworks and credit decisioning product requirements
• Collaborate with Data Science to leverage ML models in credit product design and customer eligibility
• Ensure lending products comply with CBUAE regulations for consumer credit and business lending
• Partner with Engineering and Compliance to deliver lending products that are reliable, scalable, and regulatory compliant
• Own KPIs for the lending domain including origination volume, approval rates, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product management experience with significant time in lending, credit, or fintech products
• Deep understanding of consumer and SME lending products — credit cards, personal loans, BNPL, and business financing
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Credit, and Data Science teams on credit product design
• Familiarity with CBUAE consumer credit regulations preferred
• Prior experience at a digital bank, neobank, or fintech lender strongly preferred
