Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager for Compliance & Risk Platform at Reap, a global financial technology company enabling financial connectivity for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of internal systems that power client trust signals, transaction and funds-flow monitoring, case management, vendor oversight and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate closely with compliance, risk, data and engineering to build scalable tools that reduce regulator and partner friction while helping the platform detect and prevent financial crime .

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the platform roadmap, balancing urgent regulatory milestones with scalable long-term foundations
• Build integrations and visibility needed to see across funds flow, transactions, watchlists and counterparties
• Design real-time risk scoring engines that turn signals into scores and actions
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to understand market-specific typologies and regulatory expectations
• Incorporate typologies into the risk engine by building tools, rules and frameworks that are manageable and explainable
• Build capabilities that reduce false positives, speed up approvals and create smoother onboarding and monitoring journeys
• Build case management, vendor oversight, audit trail and decision explainability tools for Operations teams
• Work closely with compliance, risk, data and engineering teams to meet immediate needs while building toward tomorrow’s vision

Qualifications Needed:

• 5–10 years of experience within the risk or compliance space in fintech or payments
• Hands-on product ownership of Transaction Monitoring (TM) systems as a core requirement (rules, scenarios, alerts, thresholds, typologies, tuning, or TM platform build/migration)
• Proven track record leading or materially contributing to scalable compliance and financial crime platforms
• Global mindset with experience localizing typologies and controls while maintaining a coherent platform
• Working familiarity with AML/CTF, sanctions, Travel Rule, GDPR, DORA, scheme and acquirer programs
• Customer obsessed and regulator ready — able to balance reduced friction with effective prevention of fraud and financial crime
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to partner with compliance officers, regulators, partners and internal teams
