Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager at a fast-growing fintech business building the next generation of financial products for the region, you will lead a greenfield (0→1) product initiative, taking ownership from concept through to launch and scale. You will join a high-calibre team made up of leaders from some of the world’s most respected technology companies, including Google, Cash App, Square, and Shopify, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you will drive product strategy, execution, delivery and go-to-market initiatives .

Responsibilities:

• Lead a 0→1 product initiative from discovery through launch and ongoing growth
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Own product delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and timely releases
• Translate customer and market insights into product opportunities and prioritised features
• Partner closely with engineering, design and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to overall business strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Product Management experience, including proven experience within fintech
• Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling products from 0→1
• Strong ownership across product strategy, execution, delivery and go-to-market
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business outcomes
• Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
