Job Title: Senior Product Engineer — Web (Frontend)

Job Description: As a Senior Web Engineer, you will develop and enhance frontend applications, build and maintain robust backend APIs and services, and ensure unique advertising experiences and elevated user engagement standards across the platform.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead and implement Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Mentor team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate requirements into high-quality frontend code.
• Partner with Backend, Mobile, and QA engineers for seamless integration and functionality.
• Actively participate in Frontend Chapter meetings, contributing to best practices and staying updated on latest technologies.
• Work with QA engineers to define test cases and ensure all releases meet quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and improve overall architecture.
• Utilize CI/CD tools for efficient testing and deployment processes.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to monitor progress and drive improvements.
• Oversee documentation for development processes and architectural designs.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, particularly in frontend development.
• Familiarity with major JavaScript frameworks; React JS experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript features, including ES2023 updates.
• Experience in software development, design, and architecture with a focus on security.
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
• Proficient with Agile practices including TDD and Continuous Integration/Delivery.
• Expertise in optimizing web performance and understanding Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Experience in web application design and state management solutions.
• Strong focus on customer experience and accessibility in applications.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
