Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Description: The Senior Operations Manager will lead the operational management of Finance House’s core financial services processes — covering loan origination and servicing operations, payment operations, and support function operational governance.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead and manage Finance House’s operational functions across Consumer Financial Services and payments divisions
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows, SLAs, and process controls
• Drive digital transformation of operational processes — leveraging automation, AI, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure operational compliance with CBUAE regulatory requirements including customer protection standards and operational risk management
• Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams on operational improvements and cross-functional projects
• Build, develop, and manage the operations team — setting clear performance expectations and driving capability development
• Monitor operational KPIs and produce regular reporting for senior management on operational performance
• Manage key operational vendor relationships and outsourcing arrangements

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of operations management experience within a CBUAE-licensed financial institution, bank, or fintech
• Proven track record leading operational transformation and process improvement in financial services
• Strong understanding of consumer lending operations, payment operations, and financial services regulatory requirements
• Experience with digital operations, automation implementation, and workflow optimization
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Arabic language skills preferred; must be based in Abu Dhabi
