Job Title: Senior Observability Engineer

Job Description: As a Senior Observability Engineer at Devsinc, you will design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for fintech and financial services platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerting rules, and SLOs to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to embed observability into the software development lifecycle.
• Analyse telemetry data to identify performance bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of observability engineering or SRE experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
