Job Title: Senior / Middle Manual QA Engineer

Job Description: Seeking a software development company in the fintech and iGaming space, is hiring a Senior or Middle Manual QA Engineer in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The role involves manual quality assurance testing for fintech software products across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual quality assurance testing for BrainRocket’s fintech software products across web and mobile platforms
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and regression testing cycles
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (Jira or equivalent)
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and validate software quality
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across fintech product releases
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing documentation, and test coverage standards
• Monitor and report on test results, defect rates, and product quality metrics
• Stay current on QA methodologies and best practices for financial software testing

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in manual QA engineering for software products, preferably in fintech, iGaming, or financial services
• Strong proficiency in test case design, test plan execution, and defect reporting
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or equivalent) and test management platforms
• Understanding of web and mobile application testing across multiple platforms and browsers
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify edge cases and quality risks
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial software QA is a significant advantage
