Job Title: Senior / Middle Manual QA Engineer

Job Description: As a Senior or Middle Manual QA Engineer at a globally connected fintech and technology company, you will apply proven manual QA expertise to testing fintech and digital finance platform features — ensuring the quality and reliability of fintech products across a company with operations in Ras Al-Khaimah.

Responsibilities:

• Apply proven manual QA expertise to testing fintech and digital finance platform features
• Design and execute comprehensive manual test strategies for fintech platform functionality and user flows
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing for fintech and digital payment systems
• Identify, document, and track defects through the full defect lifecycle to resolution
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts on test coverage and quality delivery
• Produce comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports for fintech platform QA engagements
• Support UAT activities with fintech stakeholders on platform feature release validation
• Stay current on fintech QA best practices and testing standards for digital finance platform quality

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior or Middle Manual QA Engineer experience with fintech or digital payment platform background
• Strong manual testing skills — functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for fintech products
• Experience designing and executing test strategies for digital finance, fintech, or payment platform features
• Excellent defect documentation, tracking, and QA reporting skills for fintech platform quality assurance
• Good understanding of fintech product flows, payment processing, and digital banking system architecture
• Ras Al-Khaimah-based or willing to work in Ras Al-Khaimah for this fintech QA mandate
